General Return Policy:
- You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase.
- Opened products or products showing signs of use are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging with all documentation and accessories included.

Specific Conditions:
- Software and downloadable products: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for software or downloadable products once they have been downloaded or activated.
- Defective products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
- Services: Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs for returned items are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect on our part.
